Christina M. Pellegrino
Chris joined the firm in August of 2006 and has extensive experience as a legal secretary and paralegal having worked both small and large law firms. Ms. Pellegrino’s responsibilities include drafting legal pleadings, discovery and communicating with both clients and the Courts. Chris assists all attorneys in the office in collection and litigation matters. Ms. Pellegrino is proficient in Word, Word Perfect, Outlook and Excel. She has worked as a computer trainer and software troubleshooter.

Denise M. Goebel
Denise M. Goebel joined the Firm in March of 2020 as a paralegal. She has 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry including but not limited to; Default Servicing, Retail Banking and Real Estate Investment/ Secondary market. Ms. Goebel’s primary responsibility is to assist Attorney Weiner with all Trustee related matters. Her duties included the drafting of pleadings and motions, responding to inquiries from clients, creditors and the various courts.

Negotiates settlements and payment plans

Candace has been with the firm since 1995, serving initially as administrative assistant and now as office administrator. Some of her duties include: responding to inquiries from clients, billing and accounts receivable, and collection administrative matters.
