Responsibilities

Marsha has worked for Attorney Weiner since 1994, concentrating in bankruptcy law and trustee-related matters. She assists Attorney Weiner in the handling of all bankruptcy matters within the office. This includes, but is not limited to, the drafting of pleadings, preparation of bankruptcy petitions and correspondence with the courts, clients and opposing counsel and management of all trustee accounts.

Responsibilities

Chris joined the firm in August of 2006 and has extensive experience as a legal secretary and paralegal having worked both small and large law firms. Ms. Pellegrino’s responsibilities include drafting legal pleadings, discovery and communicating with both clients and the Courts. Chris assists all attorneys in the office in collection and litigation matters. Ms. Pellegrino is proficient in Word, Word Perfect, Outlook and Excel. She has worked as a computer trainer and software troubleshooter.

Negotiates settlements and payment plans
Skip tracing and asset searches
Responding to client inquiries regarding the status of their files
Maintaining the calendar on collection files for payment
