On April 12th, Attorney Girvan will be speaking at the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney’s (NACBA) 34th Annual Convention in Boston. This nationwide conference will include presentations on a variety of consumer bankruptcy topics. The topic is “Beyond the Balance Sheet: Valuing Intangible Assets in Consumer Bankruptcy, and will cover valuation issues on a number of types of assets in consumer bankruptcy.
